00 per hour +Bonus Program Day Shift - Forty-hour week Occasional overtime - time and one/half for overtime hours worked Responsibilities We need to fill this position immediately, so its important for new hires top hit the ground running.
Here are some of the duties you would be called on to perform: Always follow proper safety procedures Assemble production parts by hand and with small power tools.
Use power tools to solder, drill, and assemble parts.
Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality assure components before packaging.
Create necessary paperwork as required.
Report any manufacturing issues or problems to the production supervisor.
Work with other team members to assemble components.
Organize and stock incoming materials.
Work to ensure that all production deadlines are met.
Pack completed products and prepare for shipment.
Properly label all finished products.
Qualifications We are looking a team memberswho possess these competencies: Lead and adhere to safe work practices 1+ years industrial experience strongly preferred Experience with power and hand tools a plus Work well with others in a team setting Good work history (references required) Ability to commit to prompt arrival for shift Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Must be able to walk or stand at least 85% of shift Excellent hand-eye coordination Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors This job description is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties or qualifications for the role nor are they considered minimum requirements necessary to perform the job, but rather guidelines.
