Responsibilities
Install new plumbing and drainage systems to ensure newly installed components properly function
Understand and follow blueprints or building plans
Diagnose and correct issues pertaining to all plumbing systems, including but not limited to locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion & weather damage
Utilize problem solving and decision-making skills and suggest services to clients
Performing maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all clients, contractors, and fellow employees.
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of pipes, fittings, and all manner of plumbing fixtures
Attended technical or trade school for plumbing certification
Current Journeyman State and City license required
Minimum of 4 years’ plumbing experience (new construction preferred)
Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation a must
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and work with a team
Follow current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection and comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
