For over 100 years, Maguire Iron has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers.
Construction Management – Intern will work in the project management area of maintenance.
This person will work closely with project coordinators and project managers in the business.
*Position Duties*
* Build project folders to Maguire standards.
* Input project information into business programs such as CRM, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
* Create and send project submittals to engineers.
* Execute subcontracts.
* Execute bid form for bid projects.
* Build scope documentation.
* Possess basic time management skills to complete work on-time.
* Adhere to Maguire Iron’s Personal Protective Equipment Policy and Safety Programs.
* Assist Operations Teams

* Majority of the time is spent in an office environment.
