Job Summary Reports to the President.
This position will lead the day-to-day operations of our Innovation Center, Production and Manufacturing teams.
Responsible for driving organizational efficiency, productivity, and quality across departments and organizational-wide.

00 per year + Bonus Program Benefits Paid Time Off 10 Paid Holidays Flexible Schedule Health Insurance – 100% employer paid for employee Flex Spending / Health Savings Account Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(K) Cellphone Stipend Responsibilities Responsible for the daily oversight of the facilities operational programs and departments forecasting and communicating updates and plans to the President.
Directs and coordinates activities of department for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products.
Provides guidance for production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
Qualifications Interpersonal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong recording and documentation skills Strong sense of passion and drive to excel every day Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Provides guidance to the development of a process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, tooling and equipment needs.
Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
Recommends design changes for manufactured systems to better meet customer and facilities requirements.
Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.
Developing and implementing Operations plans following standard operating procedures (SOP) in collaboration with the management team.
Management of the teams; training and supervision to build out the department and ensure that all personnel receive ongoing instruction and evaluation, while continually expanding their diverse skill sets Identify and report to the President if potential bottlenecks or hazards in operations and forecasting begin to arise.
Communicate and coordinate activities and schedules to all required staff and management.
Enforce and maintain all documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) Ensure high quality day-to-day operations meets and exceeds company standards.
Leader of a culture of continuous improvement with the use of KPIs, policies, procedures, and protocols to achieve organizational goals.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
Manufacturing, Business Administration Management, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
Work in agriculture is a plus.
Experience working in a successful team environment.
Familiarity with software such as NetSuite, ERP systems a plus.
