We provide custom design built aquatic installations of swimming pools, spas, spray-grounds, and water parks.
MC&R is staffed with a service and maintenance department and includes a retail showroom.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end closings.
Reconcile all inter-company accounts.
Effectively prepare A/R invoicing for monthly billing for over 300+ accounts.
Prepare and file sales & use, excise tax returns in multiple states.
Assist CPA with year-end closing and tax preparation.
Licenses and track all company vehicles.
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Verify billing accounts with account receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements.
Proficient in Sage 100 Accounting software.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated, confident, friendly, and highly detailed oriented.
Ability to work independently.
