We are currently searching for a utility water-main and sewer foreman.
This position is $40+/Hour.
The ideal candidate will be able to: Manage a 8-10 person crew Lead crew in the installation of underground utilities, water mains, fire mains, sewer mains and storm drains Operate an excavator and other heavy equipment while leading your crew Perform and train the essential job functions for any position on the pipe crew Identify, report and correct hazards Plan daily work from the project's schedule and execute accordingly Possess knowledge and understanding of production schedules Have knowledge of proper sequence of activities to avoid production slow down and errors Ensure crew’s safety Execute pipe work in accordance with plans and specifications Follow directions from owners and customers Read blueprints Guide crew with fittings and valve installations Test systems for leaks and other issues Keep a detailed record of all activities performed on a given day Be Self-motivated and have a team player attitude Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement Plan/Company Match Paid time off #hc57499
