```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team.
As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, including high end custom home framing, Luxurious timber framing, quality finish work and more.
This is a hands-on role that requires some experience in using power tools, rough framing, finish work (cabinets, flooring, and trim), and other carpentry techniques.

Responsibilities:
- work with a team of carpenters on various projects
- Plan and execute carpentry projects according to specifications
- Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, and other carpentry elements
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as needed
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- (lead carpenter only) Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- (lead carpenters only) Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- (lead carpenters only) Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
