The position will contain a variety of duties such as but not limited to: light construction, building and yard maintenance, equipment operations and maintenance.
We are busy with many projects this will allow you to work on different things and not be stuck doing the same thing everyday.
Independent and responsible applicants may be able to work on solo projects.
Which will increase available hours.
Very flexible hours--may be able to accommodate days, weekends, and/or evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with general construction duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Experience:
-Some general building and maintance knowledge required
-Mechincal knowledge and maintenace skills
- Experience with hydraulics, industrial maintenance, low voltage, precision measuring instruments, stick welding, fabrication, and mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Familiarity with field service work is an advantage
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
